RiTE Gacko has successfully accepted the most modern mobile primary crusher installation on craweler tracks type HAZEMAG SB1515R after a 7-day capacity proving , where all expectations regarding crusher productivity, mobility and capacity were proven.The planned capacity of the crusher installation is 500t/h, while during the 7 successive days the capacity of 707 t/h were proven. With this the firm SIMING has fulfilled its obligations from its contract, which was signed after the public tender in august 2010. The crusher was delivered in RiTE Gacko in the contract deadline (90 days) and was installed by SIMING and HAZEMAG in 7 days. With startup into test production on day 15.december 2010 RiTE Gacko has acquired a second safe line for coal manufacturing. Its important to notice that on the first coal production and delivery line for needs of the coal powerplant from the year 2002 a crusher of the same manufacturer type SB 1315 is at work, which has successfully worked over 30.000 work hours and crushed about 18 mil. tons of coal without any mayor malfunctions and with minimal maintenance costs.
